We lost power some time during the middle of night, I have anxiety and need a lil light to sleep so it took me a few hours to fall back asleep. Everyone’s lights went back on except ours until about an hour b4 we left. Apparently we had a master switch that nobody informed us about when we called front desk. The cleaning guy showed my husband when we realized our power was still out and everyone’s had went back on. Had to use phone light to use bathroom, took a shower in dark. Really inconvenient.

The hotel is beautiful, I loved it. The only thing I didn't like was the buffet. We had to wait two hours to eat. Otherwise, I recommend it 100/100.

We were disappointed when we went to check in our room. The website says check-in time is 4 PM. We arrived at 4:20 and they said our room was not available. We had dinner reservations at 5 PM and couldn’t even get into our room to change clothes and get ready for dinner our room wasn’t ready until 6:15 PM.

"I was very disappointed with my stay due to an issue with the shower. When I went to take a shower, the water was only cool and never got warm enough. This was incredibly frustrating and not what I expected. A hot shower is a basic necessity, and it was disappointing that this wasn't available. I hope management addresses this issue for future guests."
