The buffet was awful. Very limited options, food did not look fresh. Some of the trays were empty yet it was still early. There was only one staff member for the entire buffet. While the bar area was great, there was one security guard who was absolutely rude and unprofessional. We were not approached to be given any warning of our group being loud, which we were not. But she stood across from us in the stairway of the bar, pointed and yelled at us telling us we had 1 more outburst before she'd kick us out. We had to call the manager to ask what she was referencing or why we were yelled at. The manager had no idea as we were not drunk, or being disruptive. That interaction with her ruined our night and we opted to just leave as it made us uncomfortable. We were not able to obtain a name as she was too far for us to see her name badge.

Like that there was free valet parking and the staff at the hotel and casino were friendly and helpful. Loved the pool and hot tub we loved staying here and will definitely stay here again

When we arrived at 8pm were told our room wasnt clean and we could wait if we wanted a king or we can take 2 queens now. The queens would have been fine if they were good beds, however upon sitting on not one but both beds, they sank in the side so bad it was like sitting and sleeping in a bowl! So much for a nice anniversary date! The bed were of auch pior quality both my husband an I almost woke the other up to leave in the middle of the night! When we went to make coffee we were only given one coffee pod, for a room with 2 beds! Over all very disappointing for what we paid even with the expedia discount we didnt expect a sub par service and beds so bad that the chair would have been a better option to sleep in!
