Fabulous Service

We stayed a 5 star hotel prior- and can honestly say the service at Cititel far exceeded the 5 star hotel. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. Great location for food. Only negative is the pool is not enticing- it's too hot there with the enclosed windows.

Very nice hotel with very helpfull staff. The room was clean, comfortable and quite. Plenty of bars, restaurants and shopping on the doorstep. Easy walking distance to many places of interest. Good price if booked on line. Would recommend.

Friendly reception and they even gave us a sea view room upgrade. Breakfast has good food choices and roti bread was made to order. Building is a bit outdated but overall still clean.

Five star hotel at a three star price!

Wonderful hotel choice: five star service at a three star price. Loved the heartfelt greetings the hotel team would give us when we came back to the hotel after a day out. Pro tip: don't miss working with the amazing tailor on the ground floor - or the delicious Loh Bok from the Kheng Pin Cafe right next door in the morning!
