In a very busy area right on the marina, next to a major road and the aquarium. Hotel seems a bit tired though our room was great, much larger than expected, and very clean with one exception: the shower was straight out of the 90’s with chrome molding, frosted glass, and quite a bit of pink mold on tile grout, corner, etc., actually quite nasty. If they would just put a shower curtain on the tub I might have never gone in the shower. Definitely not in line with the rest of the room. I’ve been to 7-8 NHC’s before and this one definitely on bottom of the list.

Good hotel with great view
The location of the hotel was great next to the aquarium and the center. The staff were nice but not the best in NH collection hotel. There was a parking close to the hotel so if you have a car don't worry. The worst thing was the cleanness of the room. There was a hair allover the room and we had to ask for slippers that were not in the room already

O café da manhã foi outro ponto alto: uma ampla variedade de opções frescas e deliciosas, com atenção aos detalhes que tornaram a refeição ainda mais especial. Além disso, as áreas comuns do hotel são bem cuidadas, proporcionando um ambiente agradável e acolhedor. The facility is located in a prime area. Everything is in walking distance. Hotel was clean, friendly and very welcoming. After staying in a few different hotels in Genoa. This will be the only one I would stay at.

This hotel is amazing 👏 food was great, service was great and it was clean and comfortable. Rooms had everything you need. For light sleepers; you do hear the cruise ship horns but that didn't bother us.

The hotel suited our needs perfectly for our one night in Genoa. It was very well located for exploring the port and the city as well as being convenient for the railway station. The hotel was clean, the rooms comfortable and the staff were friendly. We didn't visit either the restaurant or the bar during our stay.
