Friendly and competent staff but the hotel is dated and needs an overhaul. My room on the 5th floor was too warm even with the ac on and it wasn’t even hot outside. I can only imagine what it’s like in the summer.

I was grateful to find such a pleasing hotel right by the Geneva Airport. The free airport shuttle--which I caught at 4 a.m. for an early flight--was an enormous convenience.

Nice and convenient airport hotel

Good overnight stay

Good location for the airport. Free shuttle service, and driver was delightful. Easy bus ride into town. The staff in all areas were nice and friendly and helpful. The room was clean but very hot, and the aircon wasn’t doing much. Only 1 tissue in the bathroom, and small amount of shower wash.
