Everything about the stay was excellent except for the breakfast. That left a lot to be DESIRED. We in fact ate elsewhere and paid for breakfast both mornings rather that eat microwave food.

Was texted the day before and checked-in online ahead of time - super easy. Greeted upon entering and only had an issue with the TV not displaying local channels but after multiple attempts to help by the front desk (even coming in the room), they were not able to remedy the issue and were apparently in the middle of a TV upgrade. Close to Seneca lake and many dining options but just off the main road to be quiet. Would recommend.

Good solid budget friendly hotel. Nice clean property in a nice location. Great friendly staff. Will return on our next visit. One item of note, they have the thinnest toilet paper of any hotel in the world.

I had to have taxes taken off for the government rate and it was a nightmare to do so. I have never had this much trouble with having the room charged at the correct rate.
