The location of this hotel is perfect. It was not the nicest hotel we stayed in but it was really great. The service was good, the room was big enough to move around and not trip over bags. Again, location!

The rooms are super small .. no room service , and the bar and restaurante was closed during my whole stay. For one night it’s ok .. but for staying many days the rooms are not comfortable.. otherwise great location ! With the tram and bus stop outside the hotel and shopping and restaumrt around.

Great hotel

We picked this hotel based on location and price and could not have been happier! When they say sound proof rooms, they mean it (except for the windows). The bed was firm and the most comfortable mattress I've had at a hotel in years. Staff was lovely, location was great. Will definitely stay here again!

Nice hotel, great location. It’s unfortunate they refuse to allow check-in prior to 3pm…. Stating the room is not ready. Then you deal with a crowd all checking in at 3pm. Otherwise, nice place to stay

Loud buzz making it hard to sleep

If you are a light sleeper this is not a good place to stay is your room faces the alley. There is a very noisy buzz 24/7 coming from the ally. They did not want to switch rooms and did not even offer for us to upgrade to a room facing the street (paid or unpaid).

Good rooms. Spacious for Geneva standards. Modern. Very clean. Friendly front desk. Breakfast options very limited and non existent. Rooms lack kettles for tea / coffee. Bathrooms lack shaving mirrors.
