This is an ideal hotel for an overnight stay in Geneva. While it is not within walking distance, its a short taxi ride and Reception are more than happy to arrange a transfer to the airport. The rooms are big and clean and there is a pleasant bar area downstairs. This hotel was much cheaper for us than a hotel in Geneva city centre and the metro stop outside makes getting into the city a breeze.

Information on Shuttle from Airport Needed

Good hotel - pleasant staff and easy check in. Room was a good size, comfortable and clean. The only downside was a lack of information on where to get the transfer shuttle from airport to hotel.

The property was conveniently located closed to the airport minus the loud noise and public transportation into the heart of the city which was a a prefect 5-10 minute ride. Room was spacious. Only complaint was the bar staff weren’t friendly and mostly rude during our stay but all other staff were extremely polite and helpful.

We had a fabulous 3 night stay at the hotel. The staff were super helpful and just so lovely. The rooms were immaculate and the tram stop is only a 3 minute walk. Would Highly recommend to anyone looking for a mini break away.

We arrived at 10pm and there was a line out the door to check in, because of a cancelled flight. Only one attendant at the front desk (very friendly and patient), but we waited over an hour to check in. There were four “self check in” stations and all of them would give error messages, after inputting all information. Once we got to our junior suite, the room smelled like an ashtray. I would not recommend this hotel.
