We pre checked in do we wouldn’t have to wait. It literally took just as long at the desk if wr didn’t pre-check. She then gave us a key to someone else’s room. That was embarrassing. Walked back gave me another set of keys which she just gave to my cousins which I discovered when I opened there door. Walked back she proceeded to give me the same set of keys that I first received. She walked back with me for the third time and it was the same room I started with and someone was in the room. She then saw some man in the hallway and he asked if there was a problem. Dahhh he told her the people in room 126 was a sleepover. Shouldn’t she have know that. Anyway after 4 tries we finally got a room. Was not a good experience at all.

The room had no closets, no place to hang any clothes. It had no drawers whatsoever to put things in. There was no mirror in the room other than in the bathroom. The bedsheets were too small for the king size bed. On the positive side, the room was clean and the staff very friendly, We will never again stay at a Days Inn by Wyndham!!!

Sad from Massacusetts.

The door did not work. The mattresses seemed new, but both were lumpy and soft. The tub drained very slowly, like it was clogged. The toilet seat was not installed correctly and was loose, causing pinching when it moved. The ac unit smelled musty all night. There was no food left at the breakfast. .at 830am.

Everything visibly dirty. Was warned about a $250 smoking fee but the hallways reeked of marijuana and cigarettes. Pillows worn out, flat. I know sometimes a motel gets old and worn down but you can control cleanliness. No excuse. Whoever owns it doesn’t care.

Good front desk service, but property not maintain

It was a decent room. Just worn down. Rooms aren’t even numbered, wear and tear , rust and dust in corners and fixtures. Breakfast buffet was not great, stale bagels and not very appetizing. Still- It’s ok in a pinch, but not the best choice. The girl behind the counter was pleasant though. She was kind and helpful which was a plus. I intended to cancel my reservation, but she was so nice I decided to stay. I hope they give her a raise.
