Great location; there’s a tram 3-5 minute walk from the hotel. my room was big, very clean with a large TV. But no phone and no safebox in the room, Breakfast is typical continental buffet. Staff, especially Yanni k and Christian m, were very helpful. Caveat: Uber point of pick up can be problematic. Don’t use basement drop-off as pick up area; walk outside into the front near the stores adjacent to the hotel and use that as pick up area when you order UBER.

This place was a nice place to rest near the airport after a long flight. They should have better signage for those walking and arriving by bus as there is no sign to notice walking from that direction. I got a little lost and had to ask a kind person to show me where it is.

Lobby was very nice snd noticed a lot of quiet groups meeting there. Hallways were a little confusing at first but that is what makes travel interesting. Great price at a convenient, quiet location.

Close to the airport and easy access to public transport. The hotel set us up with Geneva City passes which gave us free tram, bus and boat rides in the city during our stay.

Pros: Walking distance to tram and bus stops, easy access to airport, and quiet area. One stop on tram to a nearby mall with Migros supermarket inside. Few stops on tram to Lake Geneva. Few bus stops to airport and train station. Super clean hotel! Cons: No electric kettle nor microwave. Microwave is available at front desk, which is inconvenient. No free water. Airport shuttle times are limited (not 24hrs). I'd stay again for less than 2-day trip.

I like that it was close to the GVA airport. The information provided on how to get to the hotel from the airport was very helpful. The bus pass and the shuttle to the airport was a plus.

Staying at the B&B helps avoid the super-high prices of downtown Geneva, while providing a safe and spacious environment, convenient to (free) trams and buses. The only glaring omission is the lack of water boilers in each room so that guests can enjoy coffee or tea or cup noodles without having to dress and go to the lobby.

Overall a good stay! Staff was friendly and helpful. It isn't the highest quality property, but for the price I thought it was very good. My room had a slight funk, but otherwise no issues. I didn't like that they had a "3 in 1" shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, but that is of a course personal preference. I mention it because I would have liked to have known that beforehand. The area is a newly build area with lots of stores like Lidl, many restaurants, and a shopping mall close by. Please note they are having issues with their location on google maps and *it is NOT across from Lidl*. It is located around the corner.

I was rushing to go to the airport first thing in am and the coffee machine in the lobby was not working.The manager gave me a old cofee in a small cup and charged me 8 euro for it.When I reminded her that their machine is not working she said it is what it is.
