The rooms were clean and big. My grandkids really enjoyed the waterpark. We got in town earlier than check and were able to use the waterpark and got a text when the room was ready.

You dont have to leave the property other than shuttle around to all the different attractions and its all included in the price of your room. Its very convenient and keeps all the kids busy and happy. You can use your room wrist band to pay for things at all the different attraftions, super easy! We love it and go every year. Kids ages 4-7 and they can ride every slide.

The hotel was nice, the kids had fun, there were alot of spiders and webs on our patio. The room itself was nice, StoneHill is across from everything which was a inconvenience but we made the best of it. My kids enjoyed the indoor and outdoor water parks.

We had roaches in our room day after check in. They don't clean your room until check out so you go however long your staying with no room service unless you call for it. The room above us had no regard for "quite hours". The bathrooms are a joke, so small you can barley go in and turn around to close the door. Beds slept awful, and pull out sofa that we were planning to use for one of our children was so flimsy the kiddo decided to just sleep on the actual couch made up like a bed. Photos attached are of the pieces of roaches after they met their end.

We enjoyed our mini vacation overall. The property had a lot to offer for the price. The indoor waterpark was a lot of fun for our 7 year old. We really didn't like being apprto sit in on a time share meeting in exchange for a $50 vacation.

Convenience to the convention center! We had stayed there before without a problem.. This time we had what sound like a heard of elephants above us .. Coffee in the room was terrible. Only had half a roll of toilet paper ( small cheap rolls) Main thing is there was a spot on the carpet and I called down to desk to report that there was a stain on the carpet. She said she would have housekeeping take a look at it . Nope ! I better not be charged! I told the lady when I checked out that I called to report it. And I was not happy with the way it was NOT handled!
