I brought my two small kids on vacation by myself and it was amazing. The property was beautiful and the rooms had anything you could need, but the staff was exceptional. Everyone was so friendly and helpful which made things much more peaceful.

Beautiful property with an amazing view of the mountains .Staff was polite and helpful. I left an expensive pair of shoes, rushing to get back on the road.Not only did they recover them. They shipped them back to me in Cincinnati, OH

No hot water

Hot water sucks. Family of 7 and you could only use the jacuzzi tub once a night and then nobody else would be able to take a shower because there would be no hot water left.

The heat was horrible. It took about 5ish hours to get warm within the unit & I had a two year old as well as an 8 month old. We were on the bottom of the building & I’m not sure if that had anything to do with it.

Rooms need work

We had issues with our key at check in. Ended up having to call security to fix the issue. The refrigerator was super loud the whole time, and one of the bad room doors wouldn’t lock. We’ve stayed at this resort before but we seemed to get a beat up room.

The room was nice, however we did find a bug in the room once we returned from being out all day. The hotel in general was very nice, the restaurant experience was great. Unfortunately the weather caused the indoor waterpark to be closed so my daughters didnt get a chance to enjoy it. But overall awesome experience and will be back.

Reason we stayed there was the indoors waterpark. We didn't get to go to the Waterpark because they closed it for weather. With the construction going on its hard to find the lobby at first. Normally this would be a good place to stay. I don't think we will be back for a while. I would say take the shuttle down to the restaurant and waterpark because there isn't enough parking.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Front desk staff were fantastic and made sure we had everything we needed. Some of the activities staff were a little less than kind, but honestly, as sad as it is, rudeness is expected. The amenities were great, the room was perfect. A little disappointed in the hours for Southern Comfort restaurant, we were looking forward to eating there, but their hours didn’t align with our schedule. Overall, we will probably stay here again sometime. Our kids loved it and it was nice for us. Conveniently located near everything.
