This location is great. The included breakfast is sufficient and had a variety of options. The views from the rooms are so pretty being right on the river. The room was large but needed some additional updates. Overall a good stay.

Twin Mountain Inn & Suites lived up to the great reviews! Quick check-in, clean, safe, and cozy all the way around. We interacted with two staff members (Robert at check-in and Mkayra (SO SORRY, I know I got that spelling wrong) at breakfast/check-out) and they were both amazing. Mkayra especially was so kind and courteous even as she was flying around the kitchen/dining area supporting breakfast hours. Our four-year-old daughter was amazed and commented how hard she was working :) Give that lady a raise! The breakfast itself was amazing as well (great sausage, biscuits and gravy, and bear-shaped waffles!) The hotel, lobby, room, and walkways are all safe, well-lit, clean, and comfortable. LOVED the private balcony overlooking the river and enjoyed watching the ducks in the morning. All this and only 5-10 minutes from Dollywood. Wins all the way around. We WILL be back!
