first time staying there, great room, spacious, clean and comfotable, our rm was on the corner by the bridge and traffic was loud, also ppl 3 doors down, were smoking alot of weed for 2 days, stinky. your web site said there was a firepit with chairs, there was none, also said a full brkt, there was none, but great location, walked to shops, food and attractions

We chose this property because of how close it is to all the activities we enjoy. We can walk across the street to the go-karts. Walk to the pirate show and island. As well as taking back roads to Dollywood versus fighting traffic on the parkway. The cleaning could definitely use a little pick me up. Lots of grim around the sink and top of the shower. Floors were very sticky so I used a wash cloth to go over them and it ended up black. There were also some very questionable stains on the bathroom wall behind the door as well as on the door itself and running into the floor. My true crime mind started racing but my husband believed it to be rust from the hinges. We might stay here again in the future but will continue to look for other options first.

Our first room hadn’t been completely cleaned. The trash was full, trash on the counters, dog pee in the bathroom floor. We were moved to a different floor. Still not really clean, but doable.

Property advertised as handicap accessible. However, my friend could barely fit her scooter up the small ramp. The unkempt, unclean elevator to get to the 2nd floor was at the very opposite end of the hotel. This hotel should NOT put any handicapped individuals other than on the first floor OR do a serious remodel. In fact, they should not advertise handicap accessible on the first floor due to limited handicapped parking spaces.
