It was a great stay and we will definitely stay again! They had clean and comfy rooms! Shower was great! Only reason for not excellent was a faulty fire alarm in middle of night. Will stay again!

The walls in our room showed water marks something that had leaked at sometime and peeling away of wall paper. Fire alarm went off at 1:00A.M. Scared my kids and me. No idea what was going on. Ran out the exit. Fire trucks and police arrived. Hotel representative said false alarm. I was too scared to stay. I packed up and checked out. I told hotel clerk we were scared and leaving. She just said, ok. Hit some buttons and said I could go here’s a coupon for your next visit. Got home and my daughter’s stuffed animal was left behind. I called and they sent me to a website to claim the stuffed animal. The cost was $48-$68!!!!!!! The pig was sentimental and only worth $25. I asked them to help me. They said sorry it’s in that system and nothing they can do. So I said well that stinks…we will just have to abandon it. My daughter has cried herself to sleep!!! Thanks Ramsey hotel for ruining my daughter’s night and a ruff morning of being scared to death thinking a fire was taking place. So disappointed!! Being in customer service business, I would have handled the stuffed animal situation better. If you really wanted to provide a great experience, there is always a way to make it happened even if you have to go above and beyond your duty. That is what makes life great… coming together for one another and not just doing what a policy says to do. Going above and beyond is what makes people and businesses stand out. :( disappointing

My Choice of a Place to Stay in Pigeon Forge
Because we've stayed at The Ramsey before, we chose it for this visit also. They always get me the room for the mobility challanged along with the shower-only bathroom. I'd appreciate some handrails around the shower and toilet, but not everyone understands the needs of the handicapped. The breakfast is always a plus at this hotel and it's so clean. I love they do daily housekeeping again.

Wonderful hotel had nice sized king room, big shower, couch and tv. Had 24 hr pool and spa which was a bonus for us. Amazing complimentary buffet breakfast each morning. The hostess Judy always made us smile. Check in was smooth. Lots of amenities in the area. Would highly recommend.

The place was convenient for what we were looking for. The rooms looked like they had been refurbished by someone who hadn’t ever picked up a tool before and was just sort of winging it and said that’s good enough. The outside of the hotel and lobby area were really nice but the rooms were definitely lacking in what I expected them to be. The breakfast was good and the staff was friendly but overall it was a mediocre stay.
