loved it here!! the views are beautiful and its close to everything without having to be directly on the strip. the trolly picks you up at the hotel and takes you all over. the staff was super friendly and everything was really clean. loved the pool with the waterslide and the restaurant was reasonably priced with good food. I definitely recommend staying here. i want to go back!

We loved that the hotel was away from the crowded entertainment area. The mountain views from our room were spectacular. We also saw bears with little cubs in the parking lot a couple mornings. So cool!

Everything was great! Only 1 issue/concern. The drinks in the gift shop needs to be replaced. Paid $4 for a drink from the gift shop and I don’t know if it had been there too long or watch the case was. Nonetheless, I didn’t drink it. But, everything else about this hotel is exceptional!

Definitely needs a bit of TLC. Our first set of towels were unusable, had to ask for additional ones upon check in. They did provide, so yay for that. Not sure how well housekeeping cleans, there were items left in the bath area from previous guest, yuck. I would stay here again if only feasible option, which is why we ended up here in the first place. It just needs some attention and it could be brought back to a lovely older hotel, which are great in my opinion.

The perfect view + the perfect stay!

The front desk was fantastic and the venue was perfect for our family trip + our dog! Would 100% stay here again! The pool was perfect for what we needed, and the views were beautiful!

All in all a great choice for exploring the national park. It’s also a good place for families since they have an indoor pool and water slide. It’s less ideal if you’re child-free because you’ll get splashed by the water slide if you’re in the hot tub. We had a great view of the park from our window. FYI they charge $15/day for parking which was not obvious before booking. Parking anywhere in downtown Gatlinburg is $20.
