My children loved the pool area and their nightly popcorn fix. The breakfast each morning was wonderful because everyone got to choose what they wanted from a large selection of items. The room was clean, well stocked with towels and coffee. The staff was super friendly and very accommodating. Our balcony overlooking the river was very nice and listening to the ducks and geese with the door open was very relaxing. Parking was never an issue and everything was easily located.

Normally great but this time..

We’ve always had a great stay at this hotel, however, this time we stayed close to the lobby and on the river. It was very noisy as we were trying to sleep around 10 and certainly with the breakfast starting at 7am. Beds were not comfortable either. One morning around 6 people were walking outside our room on the river side talking very loud and woke us up. Even though housekeeping came to the room they did not sweep the floors. Point of story- do not stay close to the front of this hotel.

Great Trip by the river

We will definitely be back! The building could use a few repairs and it would have been nice if the pool was heated inside but we super enjoyed the staff there and the location. Well placed, pretty clean. There was some spots in the shower I had to clean and the attached shelves in the bathroom shower were broken. Some notable wear and tear on a building that just generally should’ve been patched repaired or cleaned better. But all in all a very decently cleaned and comfortable place. The breakfast was the best I’ve ever had at a hotel and it’s in a beautiful spot on the river that my daughter loved.
