We want down to pigeon Forge to enjoy the ball fall for New Year’s Eve the first day there after checking the beds notice water cap on floor and a piece of paper that night after turn in the bathroom light there was a cockroach on the wall ..the next day my father passed away and we had to get back to Ohio and the office act like they didn’t wanna refund the money for that night even after I told them what happened and turned the key in before 1130 I should of gotten two night refund

This place was very dated, but it was clean. Very affordable for the area, but that means very bare bone basics. It was easy to walk to many sites around us. Front desk staff was friendly and available. As an aside, I would not want to visit the town of Pigeon Forge again— it was way too touristy in a Las Vegas, Nevada kind of way.

Roaches!

We left early because they had roaches. Our room was not ready when we got there like promised at 3 o’clock. We had to wait until after four. The cleaning lady had her kids running around the whole time., there were two washcloths for three nights and two people. The mattress pad had stains on it where it had not been washed. Luckily, I brought my own sheets and pad because everything was nasty. The shower was clean. Needless to say, I will not be staying here again

Winter visit to Pigeon Forge.

This is the 3rd or 4th time we've stayed there. Great price, and great location for Pigeon Forge. Rooms are basic but all we need for a few days in the mountains.

price. We have stayed here a few times before, and was pleasantly surprised at the value for the money. This time the room wasn't as nice, renovation needed bad. It was for the most part cleaning up. The bed was clean. This place is in a great area, and up to this time we've always had a good experience. The people in the room next to us, had children, or child, and they were very noisy. We did not complain to the management

I was very indecisive trying to book a hotel in pigeon forge based on various reviews. The only issue we had at this property was when we checked in and got our room key, the key didn’t work initially. However the staff was very friendly and fixed it immediately. Property was clean. House keeping was very nice and took care of our needs. I liked that the hotel is right on the strip, but parking is secluded on the side of the building. 10/10 would recommend and will be be back in the future
