The property is in desperate need of upgrades in the rooms. They are things falling apart, literally. It has been a long time since it is seen a remodel in any way. Staff was helpful. Hot tub was a big hit with the kids. But upgrades are desperately needed.

Its was ok! Think they need a big upgrade. Old furniture and stains on the wall and floor. Breakfast was there but it was ok! Needs to be better. Just felt like everything was old and worn down.

You get what you pay for

Room was above pool and it was just wet. I would have moved but the elevator is out of order! Good luck dragging all your luggage and kids up several flights of stairs. My daughter’s room had bugs. Idk it was just bad. Breakfast was good and coffee was really nice. Front desk was friendly. Location was perfect

Great place

When we checked in and went to room it had a service panel off of jacuzzi tub. They immediately changed our room and everything was very clean, employees very helpful. It was a wonderful stay

The parking lot when we arrived was a solid sheet of ice! They didn’t bother plowing the snow and it all Froze over. The elevator did not work. And the pics on the website are NO WHERE close to what the property is!

The hotel itself was not bad. The room was nice and big, but the bed was hard. Could not sleep cause of the bed. The breakfast is first come first serve. If they run out youre out of luck.

Our stay wasn’t bad. Ripped bed sheets upon arrival and very minimal staff working. Wasn’t much of an issue though. Breakfast wasn’t good at all. Place is a little run down and older, although they were renovating while we were there so seems like they’re making positive changes. The price was very fair and affordable. There are definitely much better places to stay in Gatlinburg but overall wasn’t bad for the price.

I was really looking forward to the lazy river! Although the pool room was pretty cold. So I was not able to take advantage of it. Also weekend hours should be until 11:00pm or Midnight not 10:00 as weekdays.
