Mary was not nice when checking on reservations. She should have contacted a manger but didn’t but that’s ok, we called back and spoke with others who contacted the manager and they did us right. Other than Mary, our stay was excellent! Great getaway for family and we all enjoyed it. I would have given a 5 star rating if I hadn’t had to deal with her. Thank you!

Absolutely lovely! Easy and fixable feedback... have just a few coffee filters available for guests. I put those in the same category as toilette paper and paper towels.

We love staying at this property when we visit the Pigeon Forge/Gatlingburg area. We stayed at a cabin this time around - plenty of room but there were a few issues with the cleanliness and upkeep but it was still accessible to the amenities at the resort.
