The staff was amazing...they allowed early check -in at no extra charge. Spacious rooms, very quiet, bed was comfortable. On Wednesday we decided to go ahead and leave due to more storms moving in, we were checking out Thursday anyway. They gave us a credit for the night even though it was late afternoon when we left. This wasn't our first time there and it won't be our last.

The room was bigger than i expected. Had a full kitchen which i didnt expect. Private balcony with nice view. Within walking distance to everything. Dislikes were no shower curtain, hair dryer was broken and in pieces, breakfast was just muffins and yogurt and the pool was pretty chilly considering it was suppose to be heated. Mandy (staff member) was awesome. Very helpful. Id rate her 5 stars.

We have stayed several times at the River Terrace. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. Our room this trip could have definitely been cleaned more thoroughly. And the bathtub definitely needs replaced as it was very dated, which made it look very unclean. Outside of our room was very sticky too. Our view from the room was wonderful though and I always love the balconies. I love the walkability to everything in downtown Gatlinburg.

Fix the hot water please

Always a great stay. We had 6 in my party for ny 50th birthday. We were in 6361 and for some reason about every 30 seconds the shower would scald your skin off!! Location is perfect!!

The property is located near the strip which was nice. Things that need improvement, the hair dryer did not work. The shower did not drain so you are standing in your bath water which is gross.
