Our stay was great. The rooms are a bit dated and could us a remodel, but it was clean, spacious and having a balcony was great. The front staff was very friendly as well. The location was also perfect for walking around. I would recommend it to anyone wanting to stay right in the middle of everything.
TV was horrible to operate. Hotel room was very outdated. I requested a lower room close the elevator and accessible for my elderly parent and did not receive that; in fact, the room was the furthest from the elevator. I wasn't aware that there wasn't daily cleaning service. We did call and ask for clean towels and refresh of coffee and they did bring it up right away.
Great place to stay always friendly people and clean facility. Within walking distance to a lot of attractions and restaurants. We stayed in river view room.

PROS- You can’t beat this place for convenience. It’s a quick walk to the main drag shopping and restaurants. No need to pay $10-$20 to park downtown because you’re practically right there. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed and pillows were comfortable and had clean linens. My room had a balcony that overlooked the river and those rooms are all spacious.
CONS- This place is very dated and worn. Considering what a great location they have, some updates would make this a pretty sweet hotel. My room had a lot of stains on the carpet, cigarette burns on old curtains and although clean, the bathroom was smaller and kinda dreary.
If you are focused on convenience to the downtown Gatlinburg area and also the park entrance, then this place serves that purpose well.
This property was ranked as 3.5 stars in Expedia but soon after I opened door, I simply see it not better than a super8 motel. The room is small, very old, lack of
I opted for the river view room and paid more for it but It does not look like the picture and is very dated. The staff at checkin were very pleasant, the lobby is nice if not a little quaint, but I'm cool with that. The river view room is in an old motel building, probably built around the 60's if I had to guess. The room was very clean. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were great as well. If you dont care about staying in an old room with a very outdated bathroom and just need a convenient clean place to lay your head then this is a great spot for you. I would stay here again.
The rooms were filthy, door was hard to open & close. Black mold in ceiling tiles, stink bugs all over room, spider webs with live spiders in the room. We left within 30 mins of checking in. Went to the Hilton down the road.
