Decent stay for decent price.

Decent stay for a decent price. However, the room that we were in was an adjoining room and the walls were super thin. You could hear everything that was said. Staff is nice and friendly.

Rooms were clean. Laundry done daily. Office workers very nice. We have stayed here 3 times. Parking spaces were too close. Some guests were loud in the hallway.

Convenient location and staff is always friendly.

We love the staff at Reagan Inn and the convenience to everything that it offers. My only Complaint this time around was we were given a room with an attached door to our neighbors and I have never had that issue before. It was very uncomfortable feeling like we had to whisper and listening to them all night with little ones. I have never had a hotel put me in a room like this unless I asked to be and the hotel was far from packed so I didn’t see the reason as to why we had to have that room.

Affordable Clean Property

Older hotel but centrally located in downtown, clean and comfortable. Rooms were specious and beds and linens clean and comfortable. We didnt have hot water the morning we checked out but overall worth it for the price and convenience.

Located in a great area on the strip of Gatlinburg! Facility is older, but I was very impressed with the room size, as it was super spacious and not cramped at all! I would definitely stay here again and again and would recommend it to others!

Great location. Especially safe having to use your key card to enter area to get on elevator. Only thing was our view which motel could not help. 3rd floor balance overlooking roof of another building. Not very pretty. Otherwise everything great
