The bedsheets showed signs of wear & tear. Pillows were lumpy. Room as a whole was outdated. The fridge was slightly cool. Spotty Wi-Fi. Called the front desk about the fridge. When guy came up we told him it wasn’t cooling properly as there was a lot of ice in the back of the fridge. He told us it wasn’t iced up and it was cooling & running fine! When we called the front desk about our lack of WI-Fi we were told that they didn’t have anyone to check on it! We were there for 3 days!!! Never was fixed!

They only problem i had was i forgot to give the desk my choice privilege card number when i checked in and so i called back up to give it to her like 15 mins after i checked i n and she said she couldnt do that! And they other thing i didnt like the fact i was a stayover guess and when i left and come back house keeping had been in my room and all my stuff was in there and i wasnt and i didnt have a donot disturb sign to put on my door but regardless i dont feel it was right for them to be in my room with my belongings and me not there other than that it was great

The rooms was decent, the breakfast was as well. We walked out of our room & there was 2 raccoons outside on the 2nd floor! Definitely did not expect to see that walking out of the room lol, the kids was excited to see them up close tho.

The housekeepers came daily to refresh our room. They did a great job every visit and we stayed for 5 nights. The beds were comfortable. Even though the Quality Inn has been around for a long time it felt like the room were updated. The price was great in a city that has high priced lodging. We were there for business so it worked great.

The elevator is located at one end of restaurant- our room was on third floor at the total opposite end of hotel. Bathroom update is nice- shower is well done- other than a large bug in shower stall light fixture. Breakfast was weak and not well maintained/refilled. We will stay somewhere else next visit to the area.

Great location close to Dolly Parton’s Stampede which we walked to although we had to cross the busy road without crosswalks. Main con was that the AC unit made a weird noise when it cycled off which woke me a few times. Water pressure in shower was just okay
