The staff was fantastic and very polite. Breakfast was a treat, not the usual grab a muffin but fresh eggs ,sausage, biscuits and gravy and waffles,but dont be too upset they do have muffins, danish and donuts. Coffee wàs great too. Room was nice clean and no smells.we wiĺl be back!!!!

Everytime I visit Gatlinburg and the Pigeon Forge area, I choose this hotel. The breakfast attendant is always in point with the food and restocking the items. I other hotel staff was also very helpful. This is my favorite place to stay in the area when visiting.
