Im not one to expect perfection, but the hotel was dated, stain on the sheets, coffee maker was gross, and for the money there are many more options i should have chosen. Hard pass to return to this property .

Pros; great location, comfortable beds, spacious rooms, good price, balcony. Cons; mediocre breakfast, terrible service, rooms are a little run down. Details; service was terrible. I asked the front desk for an extra pillow and blanket and the lady seemed very annoyed and handed me a pillow case and pillow and then sat back down to watch tv. The lady employee in the breakfast area talked on her cell phone the entire time we were eating breakfast and was putting all the food away before we even finished eating. Exception, the gentleman at the front desk was very nice and helpful, also the cleaning staff was very friendly and polite.

It’s a very clean hotel. Our room had a balcony overlooking the river. Breakfast was good, we enjoyed meeting other travelers, during breakfast. Will definitely recommend.

Nice quiet clean motel,comfortable beds and I like it because they can't smoke or vape outside there doors.Very nice man at front desk, always a easy check in and out.Could use some new carpet in hall ways. Wish they had ice machine on all floors

Our stay at Pigeon River Inn was great. Check in and check out was easy. They had a continental breakfast with eggs, sausages, biscuits, bread, muffins, gravy, fruit, waffles, coffee and juice. The staff was friendly and the location was extremely convenient. It was close to everything, a great centrally location in pigeon forge.
