Best Location in Pigeon Forge

The service was great, they made sure that we where conferrable in the room we chose, very helpful in finding locations we where planning to visit, friendly staff. Location was the best location, Easter to get around.

The beds are horrible!! The mattresses are terrible. We haven’t stayed at music road hotel in a while and will not be going back after this trip I have slept on 3rd world mattresses that are better!!! Hotel room ac plug ins are wore out. You plug your phone in to charge and the plug falls back out. Nearly every one of them. Breakfast was great and housekeeping but the hotel needs work and NEW MATTRESSES!!

We absolutely loved our stay here at the Music Road Inn. We brought our grandchildren for a long weekend stay and a trip to Dollywood. The hotel is very well maintained and the staff helpful and friendly. The pools were very clean and the water was warm in the indoor pool which is where my grandchildren mostly swam. The outdoor pools and lazy river must have been warm as there were many kids in them the days we were Tthere (March 14-17). There was even a duck in the pool each morning and evening which my grandchildren thought was so funny! Our beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was oversized which was very nice! There is a hot buffet breakfast each morning included in the price of the room that was very good with lots of variety. We enjoyed our stay very much and highly recommend. Such a great value for the price and close to all of the attractions!
