Not great but definitely not horrible
My daughter and I were there for a mini-vaca; we stayed 3 nights. While the overall stay wasn't horrible, there were just a couple little minor things. Nothing that really made me completely dissatisfied; I'd stay there again. The room itself was very clean and the bathroom/shower also, was just immaculate! The beds were comfortable! The breakfast however, was okay-ish; the cereal seemed stale. But there were enough things offered to hold you over. The light behind the mirror in the room didn't work. But there was a light right overhead as you walked into the room and a mirror on the sliding bathroom door immediately to the left as you walk into the room, so I didn't make a fuss about the light behind the mirror, I just improvised. The elevators were all the way in the back of the hotel instead of near the front like most places. Our room was all the way up front on the 2nd floor so having to walk all the way to the back of the hotel to catch the elevator and then walk all the way back towards the front to our room. Again, not really a deal breaker but just maybe worth mentioning. Each room I believe had its own balcony. It started snowing a little while we were there so it was nice to step out and watch the snow fall. All in all, it was a good stay. I've had better but I've definitely had way worse!!

The hotel was ok we have stayed at this hotel the couple of years on our little weekend getaway and always liked it but this time the room just wasn’t that good a lot of the ports like to plug stuff in like phones and usb didn’t work some lights didn’t work the water for jetted tube smelled like chlorine so we basically had to take a shower after we got out of the tub the chairs were like sitting on bricks and the floors were nasty like to hit and been mopped in a while we won’t be staying here again for the price it should’ve been a lot nicer.

Great place. The room was nice sized and the bed was comfy but near the fridge there was a smell like someone drop a bottle of wine or alcohol and the smell wouldn’t go away even with housekeeping cleaning the room so that would take a half star away for me. Besides this very clean and great personnel at the front desk. They even have an electric charging for your car for a small fee of course. Would recommend. Not far from all the good Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge attractions.

I had an excellent stay here. The loft style room was extremely convenient and comfortable, and most importantly clean. I also had a few personal requests and staff accommodated me well. Even being out on the balcony was nice. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone.

The staff was amazing! We had to end our trip early due to the room next to ours but it wasn’t the staff’s fault. Every employee there was so nice and met our accommodations. The people that were in the room next to ours made our experience awful but the staff and management made sure we got a refund on our last night due to leaving early. The ladies that served our breakfast were absolutely amazing and so wonderful to talk to. We recommend this place!

We checked in late. Got settled in. Noticed bugs on ceiling ( lady bugs, stink bugs). Cleaned them up but they really kept coming in from the balcony door cracks. I cleaned about 30-40 up. Called the front desk to get a new room, the room they wanted to move us to was worse than ours with probably at least 50 lady bugs, stink bugs, and spiders on the ceiling. They offered nothing else. The next morning when checking out we got a sorry and promise to send up maintenance- like that helps us at all at this point. We stayed here in the past and didn’t have problems. But I doubt we will risk this again. Just beware that if there is a problem with the room, they will not make it right.

We checked in late after a football game in Knoxville. When we got to the room and got settled in, we noticed stink bugs and Asian lady bugs on the wall and ceiling. I then started looking and noticed probably 40-50 bugs total. I cleaned them up off the ceiling and walls and called the front desk. He was perplexed and eventually offered us to move to the suite directly above ours, I asked for the key to check the room first, as it turns out it was worse than our current room. Bugs, spiders over the ceiling- at least 50 in the room. I told the front desk it was gross and they offered nothing more. We decided to stay in current room. I woke up the next morning with several new bugs on the ceiling. Upon check out , they merely told us sorry and they would send up maintenance- like that mattered to us at this point. The sad thing is that we stay at this hotel somewhat regularly during the fall, but I doubt we will again. They had an opportunity to move us to a room without these problems, and they chose not to do anything. I don’t think we will take a chance on poor customer service again. If there is a problem, I give grace if a solution is found, in this case they just said sorry. It was gross.
