I appreciated them allowing me to reschedule my arrival date without having to pay a fee. The room was clean, the bed was pretty comfortable (would have preferred a firmer mattress), the shower was very nice, and parking wasn’t too bad. I do wish that the rooms came with both coffee and tea bags instead of only coffee k-cups.

Great Memories At Margaritaville Resort

Our experience was wonderful! The entire staff team was pleasant. The hotel is beautiful and our room was beautiful with brand new large bathrooms with great showers. We stayed for 6 days and enjoyed every minute. It was also very convenient to be within walking distance of everything. We also enjoyed the cafe for smoothies and coffee every morning.

It was amazing, so relaxing and it made us feel like we were on a carribain island, or somewhere in Florida. Everyone was so nice and the guest was nice too. Love this place, and will stay again on my next trip

. The gray-haired gentleman overseeing parking and outdoor security was exceptionally diligent and attentive. It was evident that he took great pride in his work and genuinely enjoyed his responsibilities. Additionally, the gentleman who assisted with our check-in, Monty (if I recall his name correctly), provided equally outstanding service—professional, courteous, and efficient. We typically do not stay in hotels, but this experience has certainly given us a new perspective.

This is the second time we’ve stayed here in two years. The place has a great layout and amenities. The staff is wonderful. But the place is starting to show its age in terms of maintenance. The weights at the gym were broken two years ago - they are still broken. One out of three treadmills was broken. The faucet in our room dripped unless you were really careful about it. The safe didn’t work. The on site dining and bar was great. Live music on the weekend was great. Proximity to Gatlinburg can’t be beat. The shower is fantastic. Parking is safe and easy. The pool and slide is wonderful.
