This was our 1st stay at a Margaritaville resort and we were pleased. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Parking was close and convenient.

I gave five stars however the bedding desperately needs to be replaced. The king mattress was like sleeping on a wire crate and the sofa bed that we had was just as bad if not worse. The bedding definitely needs to be replaced at this hotel. Other than that, we love Margaritaville hotels and enjoyed our stay.

This was our second day at Margaritaville on Parkway in Gatlinburg. We had as an enjoyable stay this time as we did several months ago. Great convenient location to the parkway. The staff was all friendly and accommodating, and our room was very clean. We would definitely recommend Margaritaville to anyone looking for great convenience and a wonderful experience..
