The only issue I had was that I booked a king suite with a pull out bedfor my guests to sleep on. The frame was completely broken. And when I notified the front desk asking them to switch me rooms or even down grade my room. My request wasn't allowed. Reasons being I booked through expedia and the only option they gave me was a rollaway bed that a toddler could barely fit onto. If they would have accommodated my request. My rating and experience would have been excellent.

Great one night stay. The property is very well kept and clean and within walking distance to the Gatlinburg “strip”. Only complaint was the bed was not very comfortable but didn’t affect the trip much as it was just a one night stay
