Wonderful stay
Great stay- it was a friends & family trip, and the location is wonderful! Right on the Island. Everything is within walking distance & it is a very safe environment. We will be back!

The front desk people are phenomenal. I will never stay anyplace else after coming here. BTW I have a Westgate timeshare and it does. It ever come close to the service we have had during this trip . I’m giving my timeshare to my daughter and staying here from now I

Housekeeping was great, they made sure that we had plenty of towels and toiletries and even arranged the kids stuffed animals on the bed everyday. Free breakfast was pretty good and they never ran out of food, staff was great. Definitely request a room on the back of the hotel (not facing the street). Our room faced the street and was extremely loud, made it difficult to fall asleep. There are barely any parking spots right at the hotel but there is a lot behind that’s fairly convenient.

Extremely noisy!!
Our room faced the road and it was extremely noisy and hardly got any sleep. We arrived a little early and I asked the front desk to let me know when our room was ready because my wife wasn't feeling good. Unfortunately they never let us know. I just went back up to the desk at the official check in time, and of course it was ready.

Comfortable and nice amenities in this hotel. The staff were super helpful and made sure we knew about the breakfast and other amenities. The shower especially was delightful. The hotel runs alongside a busy street. We were quickly assured of the serenity and pleasant environment it offered even with the proximity to the street. If we are in the area again we would stay at this hotel.

We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. The pool area was beautiful. We did not have a working ice machine on our floor. The room needed one comfortable chair. We are older and spent evenings in room watching TV. the chair was not comfortable. Also, the eggs were not good at breakfast. Add granola to cereal choice. and Raisin Bran cereal.

Great location and amenities, however it doesnt compare to the real Margaritaville Hotel, just the name and colored paint. If you can get a good deal on the price,because its too expensive, location is worth it.

The staff was all friendly from check in to Breakfast service! Loved the parrots that were in the lobby one day! So happy that the Sanctuary has a place for these beautiful birds!
