The prooerty was only 6 min from the Sevierville Convention Center. However, the room keys didnt work we had to replace twice. Imagine this with 2 kids. The elevator buttons were stuck so we manually unstuck it to get moving. The room floors were dusty, and the breakfast food was not hot despite being on a warmer.

My room had several issues stove wasn't working the shower didn't stay hot long we couldn't connect to the free Wi-Fi that we supposed to had let's not talk about me checking my bank account to only find out i was charged twice so yeah my visit was not good!!!!!

Always a great dog friendly hotel but I was surprised to find out they are charging 25.00 a night per dog. That is high and non refundable. Used to be free!
