Great poolside lounging
The room was completely renovated, everything seemed new and shower was very clean. The seating by the pool is so comfortable. The bartender was very friendly and talkative, we received complimentary drinks during our stay. We walked across the street for dinner the hotel is conveniently located to many attractions.

The Wayback
This property is absolutely amazing! We have stayed here multiple times in the last year. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The entire property is kept clean and the rooms are immaculate. The pool area is fantastic and it has a bar built into an old Airstream camper. At night, this area becomes adults only for drinks and socializing. The Wayback has become our favorite place to stay while visiting Pigeon Forge.

The staff is friendly and the rooms are nice. However they charge $150 for a pet fee even if you stay one night which means the pets pay more than the people. I felt this was unreasonable.

The Wayback is located less than a 3 min walk from main attractions such as margaritaville island and frizzles chicken cafe was worried it would be too loud at night due to the proximity but was quite and secluded. The rooms were beautiful and clean, housekeeping visited very day of our stay (3 nights) so trash did not pile up in our room. Staff and locals were friendly. Only con we noticed was our shower glass doors would not stay shut but managed to adjust to keep it closed during showers. Overall was an excellent stay and would recommend to anyone planning the pigeon forge area!

We loved the bedroom, the amenities, the service, and simply the location of the property. I have recommended it to many so far. Especially how well the staff and service was for us. Price was excellent but could always be better! Great stay and will be staying their next time!
