The only good thing about this hotel is the location. Perfect walking distance to all the shops downtown. The room was not clean, and even the overnight cleans were not done well. The front desk guy hung up the phone on me when I asked for clean bedding and clean towels. Mold in the bathroom and exposed pipes under the sink.

Oldie, but a goodie!

Older Hotel, but very nice. The room was comfortable and spacious. Mattress could use a little more padding. Great pillows!

We had a great stay at this hotel. Everything was within walking distance. The bathroom was really clean. The bed's and floors were clean. Overall the entire room was clean. We would definitely stay here again. Oh and don't let the no free breakfast scare you away. They offer muffins, fruit bars, juice (orange and apple) coffee with different creamers and sugars. It's enough to get your day started.

Staff was amazing. Room was large and clean. Beds were very comfortable. My ONLY complaint was there were no bath towels. Only towels were just bigger than hand towels. Other then that, amazing stay!

The girl who checked me in, did not mention housekeeping choices, issues. I assumed we would have housekeeping daily. No one ever came.we checked in on Friday March 7 th and left Monday March 10 th. I am fine if they don’t come . I know things have been difficult/ different since Covid. I just think we should be told… put your trash outside the door, we’ll leave more bad, call down for more towels, etc. are normally informed. Room was clean. The check in girl was polite.

This hotel is located within a few minutes walk of Parkway (the main street) and only about two minutes from the back entrance to The Village. This will allow you to not have to pay for parking in town. The property has a breakfast which consists of a selection of Nutragrain bars and orange and apple juice in the office. Coffee is available all day. There are two fire pits running outside in the evenings and an outdoor pool not open during the winter. Our room was large and clean… except the lid to the ice bucket which was just nasty. The bathroom was fairly nice with a large tub and plenty of hot water. The beds were just garbage. I’m pretty sure the mattresses were purchased at the dollar tree. There were plenty of good chairs for sitting when not in bed. I would stay here again, but it wouldn’t be my first choice due to my back issues and the poor quality of the mattresses.

Its convenience to explore downtown Gatlinburg, on foot, where commercial parking cost $20 flat rate. (Hotel is free parking and has a lot of space) Clean and spacious room. Water pressure is not strong enough as common as other hotels. No breakfast service that it isn’t problem to us. Overall, great stay.
