Check in process was a little frustrating due to bad customer service from a customer service representative front desk! However the manager did try to fix the issue, and as usual is very friendly, professional!

Only complaints are for an accessible room the door is very heavy and hard to open, and the lighting in the bathroom is such that it comes from behind so you are in shadow when using the mirror. Would be terrible for a woman to use for makeup
