We’ve been coming here for years and they keep enhancing the property. Our children have fond memories of the Glenstone Lodge and we love coming to Gatlinburg to create more memories with them. Can’t wait to come back!

Property was good pool was a little cold so I couldn’t stand to get in and hot tub was really crowded so I didn’t get in only down fall. My daughter complained of the pool temp too and didn’t stay in too long

Pool was so dirty. Band aids and hairs were floating. My 5 yo got sick after an hour at the pool, and threw up two nights which has turned our vacation into a nightmare. Rooms were okay, not super clean but not as disgusting as the pool, stuff was nice, and location was really good. They definitely need renovations and better take care of the pools hygiene. Has a huge potential but I am not going to recommend with its current status.

I couldn’t rate the property more highly. Staff was incredibly friendly, location was perfect, room was clean every day, and the pool was fantastic. Only minor thing was the water pressure in our room wasn’t the best, but I would not let that dampen a great place and experience. I’d be happy to stay again and will be recommending it to friends. Thanks to Mike at the front desk for an easy checkin!

The hotel is absolutly gorgeous and extremely convenient and easy for families with children. The breakfast and food at the restaurant were delicious and the pool was stunning. My toddlers loved the shallow area where they could swim and play. All in all, we were very happy with our stay .
