I loved our stay there it’s in walking distance to all our favorite shops and food locations. We seen several bears on this trip it was 5 girls on our girls trip and we all had a wonderful time

This was advertised as a resort,it literally was a motel. Outside rooms had to take out our trash at end of stay. Definitely a bait and switch from the pictures shown on the website. The actual resort was up the street as the parent company. Staff was rude and not helpful. I WOULD NEVER stay here or booked something for that price that was such a horrible place. Senior citizens having to carry our luggage upstairs not acceptable. We should be compensated for false advertising

They have two buildings; the one building doesn’t have the indoor pool and it’s a downhill walk a little bit if you want to go swimming. The room doesn’t look like it was cleaned prior nothing my Clorox wipes couldn’t get but the point. The door if you didn’t pull it all the way ours wouldn’t close and latch didn’t figure that out till we got back to the room and my daughter opened the door without a key. The slider only locks with a stick at the bottom. Very outdated

Huge for the price but no jet tub
Great for the price. Thought I was getting a room and got an entire apartment. The jet tub didn’t work. The elevators are extremely slow; to the point. We thought they were broken at first. Also be aware that this property will try to rope you into a timeshare.

Staff were helpful in swapping our room upon check-in. The room was clean and comfortable. The location is a 10 minute walk up from the main Parkway so is convenient for all area dining and shopping options.
