Loved having a balcony overlooking the little river. Nice pool and hot tub. Hot breakfast was Ok. Very simple and clean room. No frills. Close to shopping and dining options. Trolley stop nearby to ride into town. A little noisy due to traffic. Overall pleasant stay and reasonably priced.

Good week in Gatlinburg
I really enjoyed my stay everyone was friendly. The bears are very active this year so we saw them on a daily basis. The room was also very nice with a fireplace I didn't use since it was too warm this time of year. I will recommend to friends and family.

We had a great stay here. In fact, we stayed a second time a week later on the way back from vacation. We even asked for the same room and were accommodated. This place is ready for a renovation, however it is clean and the staff is great. We will stay here again for sure.

The river was by far the best thing about this property. Very peaceful and relaxing. The staff was amazing. The place was very clean. My only complaint, and it's a small one, was the light for the balcony wouldn't work. I'd definitely stay here again.

We loved that our room had a parking spot literally right outside the door. It made it very easy to bring in all of our things. The room was spacious, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable- we slept so well! Our favorite feature was the river-side balcony. We spent time each morning and evening out there, reading, etc., with the river rushing by. It was so peaceful! Breakfast was decent- waffles, bread for toast, scrambled eggs, sausage patties, biscuits and gravy, 4 different cereals, some fruit, yogurt, milk, juice, and coffee. It was perfectly sufficient for us.

It was great satu and even ended up staying an extra night. Loved sitting on the balcony and listening to the river. Trolley stop was a great plus or you could walk to the shops. We did get to see a bear in the parlor, it was amazing. Nicki at the front desk in the morning for breakfast was amazing and friendly and Mario was helpful. Elevator is working!!!

The hotel is in a great location but with the elevator being out of service for the whole stay it made getting to and from the room very difficult especially with a handicapped guest. Would not have booked had I known. Front staff at breakfast couldn't be any less interested in the guests, was stuck on his phone the whole time and was very difficult to talk to and get questions answered. Also found if a bit disturbing that we were forced to watch news about wars, bombing and people dying while eating breakfast. When we asked the very unhelpful front desk person to change the channel he informed us that it is "hotel policy" to keep the TV on that channel. Won't stay there again.

This was the cheapest property nearby to everything that seemed clean and safe. Everything was perfect. No issues. There are Sooo many bears in the area but we definitely felt safe. Would definitely stay here again. Breakfast was good. Clean. Hot tub and pool were clean. Great cheap vacation on a budget.
