Old not maintained, elevator floor and walls dirty, stains on carpeting outside of elevator, bathroom walls and rooms in need of restoration. The house keeping staff does a great job the room was very clean, great front desk staff they were very professional and kind.

It was a convenient location, but the room we got smelled like cigarets the whole time we stayed there, the smell even stayed on our clothes after we left, the pillows and sheets smelled like smoke as well and the smell wouldn’t go away, even though we got a non smoking room.

Great Family Weekend Trip

Hotel is in a great location. Trolley pick up right outside the hotel so no need to drive down the strip. The hotel is an older hotel but kept up well. The beds were comfortable.
Balcony view and trolley pick up location. Mountain coaster with in walking distance was a plus for my family!

Upon arrival to our room we discovered red stains on the bed sheets. I brought this up to staff and they gave us new blankets. Then when I went to use the restroom I discovered dirty toilet paper, which had red stains on it still attached to the role by the toilet. The shower had still water in it. Overall the room was very run down. The only plus was it was right by a trolley stop.

Wonderful last minute get away

We decided on a last minute weekend to Gatlinburg and chose this location. I was a little concerned, not going to lie, because the price was so good and I prefer not to do outside door rooms. I was so pleasantly surprised to have spotless modern room and the kindest people in the office. It was close to everything and we walked. The room was so clean and had no carpet which was great! The heat was toasty warm and the covered parking was a perk. Would stay here again.

Great place, great value!

This place was such a find in the hussle and bustle of Gatlinburg. It is on a quiet street with balconies over the river. The staff were super friendly and helpful, the room was spotless and quiet, the breakfast was ample.Really a find.
