We stayed in a very nice clean and a well maintained unit. Staff were very friendly. All staff were quick to respond. Breakfast has been excellent - hot and fresh. The foodservice staff was spot on. They are very busy during the whole service, cleaning tables, serving food and emptying the trash cans. The pool was very refreshing and open late. We will return again. A big thanks to Stonecreek Inn.

The hotel offers excellent views and a satisfactory breakfast; however, a four-star rating reflects the presence of outdated, uncomfortable spring mattresses and an unclean, unkempt basement parking area due to significant bird activity.

It was nice. The only thing I did not like is that I felt like with the curtains people could see in my windows at night even when they were shut. Wish they had maybe blinds. But it was overall a good stay.

Door to my room had large gap around it; as a single female that was concerning. Shower/toilet were a bit smaller than expected. Need extra light above shower; bathroom is dark. Enjoyed the view, but probably won’t stay again.

We were a little disappointed with the room. The room itself was clean. Upon arriving we noticed the kitchen cabinet door was hanging by one hinge. Also the balcony was covered with so many pigeon droppings you had to keep your shoes on. We had clorox wipes with us, so we were able to wipe down the chairs and table. I called the front desk and they offered to send someone up. For future reference you need to go to the check in building for breakfast. This means if you stay in building 2 you have to drive around to the back street for breakfast. If in building 1 you will need to cross the street. Staff was excellent. Breakfast not bad, same thing each morning we stayed. Gravy was extremely runny.

Great and quiet place to unwind, watching wildlife and listening to the river on the balcony after the day of sight seeing and walking in the Great Smoky Mountain National Park and surrounding areas.
