The arcade room was too expensive, and thw pool too cloudy&warm, no places for adults to chill &watch kids at all...zero, unless a hard school chair counts. But, KELLY at the front desk went above and beyond to help our family be comfortable and had everything we needed, he was excellent, so ask for Kelly!

It was a wonderful stay. My only Complaint was it was a 10 am checkout which would have be ok ONLY if we didn’t have to pay 50 dollars to check into a ready room before 4. Also I left my fan behind and called within 2 hours and it was never found. I called back at 4 pm and was told the room hadn’t been cleaned yet and she would call me back. She didn’t so I called again to be told it was never found.

One of the lifegaurds "Amelia" raced my daughter down the waterslide. This was great to see them have fun with the kids. Almost all the staff made effort to say hello or to have a nice day. Very impressed!!

We stayed in a Family Penthouse room, 2 King beds and a spiral staircase which I thought would be fun. However, it's is poorly planned as the bedrooms are in the upstairs and the bathroom is downstairs meaning we had to leave lights on so that if anyone needed to use the bathroom in the night (3 kids means yes it was used in the night) they wouldn't fall down the stairs. That gave me no end of anxiety for the 2.5 days we spent there. Also there was only a couch and a single chair in the living room area so there wasn't enough seating for 5 people. Also we didn't realize the outdoor water slide portion was only open Saturday and Sunday at this time of the year so half of the things my kids were excited about weren't available, which I understand was our fault for not realizing but a heads up or FYI would have been appreciated amongst the several emails I received prior to the stay. It was ok, I don't know if I would chose to stay there again with so many other options in the area.
