Great place, wonderful staff, pretty rooms, the only thing that I would say I didn't like was that they don't give any protein for breakfast (eggs, bacon, ham etc..) but the rest was wonderful, it is a really nice place to rest ans stay nearby downtown.

Decent property in a quiet location, it is about a mile from downtown Gatlinburg which makes it a little far to walk to the strip. The hotel does have a bus stop right at the front door which is very helpful. FYI this is a older hotel and you can tell it has not been updated in a long time, however it was clean enough but still had that old hotel smell. The hot tub was broken and closed which we looked forward to using and we also did not receive any vip benefits. The breakfast is down right pitiful. For breakfast you get cereal, cold biscuits with “gravy” and or pancakes, the worst coffee you will ever drink and something that was i think really watered down orange juice. The staff was friendly and the property sits on a really nice little stream. I would come again but i hope they make improvements.

Great stay for the price!

Stayed here with my son for a football weekend. Room was clean and spacious with a balcony overlooking the river. Great stay for the cost! Would absolutely book again! It’s an older property but clean and well maintained.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Brookside Lodge in Gatlinburg! We stayed for five days, and everything was perfect from start to finish. Our room had a beautiful balcony right by the river, which made for such a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The fireplace in the room added a cozy touch, and the deep tub was perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the location was convenient for everything we wanted to do. We can’t wait to come back—highly recommend!

I'd give more than 5 stars

This place was absolutely incredible. It was our first time staying here and we will be frequent visitors. The woodburning fireplace was worth it. The staff was super friendly, even allowing us to check in early. I highly recommend the honeymoon suite with the deep soaking tub, it was too good. The balcony overlooking the river was the icing on the cake for a perfect romantic weekend.
