Terrible customer service at this property before we even checked in! We booked this hotel because they advertise cribs, which we need for our daughter. I had her included with her age on the reservation and even contacted the hotel two days before arrival confirming our reservation would include a crib/pack n play. I received a response via the Expedia app “confirming” my request. I called the hotel shortly before our arrival to verify they had the pack n play in our room. The receptionist at the desk told us they are “first come, first serve” and there were none available. I was told my reservation was through Expedia and that it was their problem and mine, not the hotel’s. When I explained I had a confirmation from the hotel a few days prior confirming my request and maybe it was already in the room, not storage she again said not her problem and refused to check. I asked what her suggestion was for where my baby was supposed to sleep, she hung up the phone on me. When I tried to call back to speak to a manager, my phone call was ignored repeatedly. After reaching out to choice hotels and Expedia- they too told me they could not reach the hotel and then finally that a manager could not be reached either. I was promised by choice hotels that the owner and/or manager would reach out to me within hours- which never happened. We chose not to stay at this hotel due to poor service and zero communication. This is how they treat guests before they even walk through the door.
