The hotel is in need of significant renovations to feel more modern. While our room was very clean, the bathroom appeared outdated, with no updates in the past 20 years. Renovations were evident, as there were holes in the hallway ceiling and visible construction materials. Although the pool was open, the hot tub was closed, and the sauna was out of order. The noise level was extremely high during our stay. The room above us was occupied by a hockey team playing mini-sticks hockey for over five hours. We had to contact reception multiple times before the issue was addressed. After 8 PM, staff conducted rounds and provided us with complimentary breakfast as an apology, which we appreciated. Despite sleeping well and enjoying the convenient location, the overall experience fell short, and we will not be returning.

Loved the size and the high ceilings of the deluxe suite we stayed at. Also came with 2 washrooms which is a huge plus. Definitely recommended for families with kids.

Avoid at all cost
Place is very dirty, needs lots of cleaning. Breakfast was bad but waitress was nice, service was really bad, asked for baby bed and it took forever then was told they dont have any then we got one after an endless wait. Not enough bathroom products and it goes on and on Wont be back there ever
