Poor and Horrible service
The hotel service was terrible with no regard for people or their comfort. There was mould in the bathroom and the bathroom door would not lock either. After complaining they mentioned that they will look at it but no one did for 3hrs. When we complained again, there response was you can check out and contact Expedia/Hotels.com for refund. We were made to wait 4hrs for electric charging for our car and then said sorry there was no spot available when there were spots available before that and we asked 2-3 times about it. Nevertheless we checked out before our booking ended and when contacted by Expedia they mentioned that they had no record of our complaint. This was a terrible Thanksgiving experience for my family and friends and we are now chasing them for a refund.

Rooms not good had ajoining rooms which we requested our room the toilet was disgusting not cleaned and did not flush almost over flowed the came to ? Fix it but did not work still we had to use the toilet in other room the other room the sink did not drain so they had to use our bathroom for that. Thank goodness we had the rooms joining especially for the bathroom use. Asked for discount on room but fid not happen. So not impressed 😐

The hotel is close to the casino and all restaurants are 5 minutes away. There is a free electric charger on site. There is a liquor store and grocery store at walking distance which is very convenient. The hotel has some mark of usage and needs a little entertainment, the spa was not operational. Room was clean and hotel also. Thanks for the stay !

The room was dirty, no TV remote in the room, heater was not working and the hotel could accomodation our requests to atleast provide us the cutlery. Bathroom was dirty and stinking and didn't have enough towels. Overall not a good experience and were charged 210$ for all these.

I stayed here for 5 nights. Staff had no idea how to work the desk. They were not able to extend my stay. Kept getting same answer extension is not available but when i do it online then i can book it. 3 times they checked me in out of the 5 times ince i got to the door key would not work so would have to go down re do my keys.

I had booked a deluxe room that was supposed to be larger and have a jacquzzi tub. When I checked into the room it was a smaller room and no jacquzzi tub. When I asked about this and the wrong type of room, I was told the jacquzzi tub deluxe rooms were sold out and the room was not available. When I pointed out I had prepaid for the room and was clearly downgraded and wanted a partial refund for not receiving the room I reserved, the manager was called. The manager then told me I had a deluxe room, that Expedia misdescribed the room (Expedia confirmed that the room descriptions come from the hotel and they do not create them). I feel the manager was blatently lying to me about everything and that the hotel was basically stealing the higher room rate I prepaid. I am very upset about this and will be looking at filing a consumer complaint with the Quebec government based on the false advertising of what the room included.

The price was too bad. I also liked that they provide coupon for breakfast. As for getting the coupon, I wasn't aware I overheard someone asked the cost and then ask if they provide coupon. The place was not what I expected, the kids didn't like the pool it was very small. Food from the Bistro 75 was aweful

Its the third time i stay there. First 2 times were excellent but the third was a little disappointing. The third floor i was staying on was under renovation, I'm assuming because the carpets and corridor were subpar. The staff and location are awesome. The breakfast downstairs, buffet style is great for the price ( 13.75$ pp). I would definitely recommend this place. Eventually the renovations will be completed and back to the standards im used to. I will go back

The room was clean but tired, ripped curtain broken tiles in bath. The hallway carpets were disgusting, long overdue for replacement. The security guard patrolling the halls in the dead of the night had his walkie talkie so loud it woke me up several times. I actually had to call the front desk to ask him to turn it down. Ridiculous oversight on his part and training. Also staff should be aware that speaking loudly outside rooms is poor hotel etiquette.
