Very good hotel close to everything. I really recommend Plaza Hotel for a pleasure stay in Vale dos Vinhedos. The hotel is brand new and have all that you need.

Achei ruim pelo fato do estacionamento ser pago, não tem Netflix na TV. A piscina estava fechada no nosso último dia e não avisaram. O hotel ficou sem toalhas para a piscina no segundo dia que chegamos. Achamos a piscina pequena para o tamanho do hotel.

Hotel mais afastado do centro de Bento e Garibaldi mas excelente localização para o vale dos vinhedos por uma rua interna bem sinalizada. Os funcionários precisam ser melhores treinados principalmente no café da manhã e jantar. Sentamos na mesa para jantar e ficamos mais de 20 minutos aguardando alguém nos atender para ficar sabendo que um simples prato demoraria mais de 1:30, nos levantamos e fomos a uma pizzaria proxima do hotel que em 1:30 fomos, comemos e voltamos.

Café da manhã excepcional
O hotel é muito bom. O café da manhã é fantástico. As atendentes da recepção não são mal educadas, mas tampouco são simpáticas. Pareciam sobrecarregadas e estressadas. Seria interessante que divulgassem o valor da diária pet e que exigem carteira de vacinação assinada por veterinário (não e um problema, mas a informação me parece relevante). Quanto ao demais, recomendo e pretendo voltar.

Muito bem localizado e com ótimo serviço
Hotel muito novo e bem localizado para quem pretende conhecer o Vale dos Vinhedos. Café da manhã excelente. Vi alguns comentários reclamando do tamanho do quarto, então preferi reservar um quarto luxo, que possui cama de casal e outra de solteiro. Chuveiro ótimo. Qualidade do sono excelente porque o isolamento acústico é perfeito. O único porém é o colchão, que é bastante firme.
