Loves it & would recommend

We love the hotel, very clean, excellent front desk customer service, felt safe. We were able to check in early. Had a late dinner at the hotels restaurant which was good. The free breakfast had a good variety but we got their at last half hour it was open and some of the items were dried out and not the best. I will definitely be staying there again with my family and will recommend this hotel.

It was super kid friendly and perfect for Disneyland. It was so clean and one of the better hotels that I have stayed in. The rooms are spacious and the beds were super comfortable. Staff was kind and the breakfast area was amazing!!!!!

The hotel room cleaner took my towel

They went to clean our room without permission that we want them to clean and they took my towel and went to ask the manager if they could find it and return it to me, but the manager seemed not to care that if the guest accidentally took the towel from the hotel, they would probably gonna charge it

I was very pleased with the staff at the hotel, I forgot when we checked out a personal pillow left behind so I called and front desk got a hold of my pillow and made sure that it was safe till I returned. Very happy and appreciative!

Review

The hotel has removed some of the aesthetic decor that made the lobby and eating areas more pleasant. It appears that since people continue to come, the hotel has made less effort to enhance the feeling of a special, comfortable lobby, dining area. This is disconcerting to this client. The food provided by the staff at the buffet was well prepared and offered good variety. Thank you. The room was adequately clean, tho the fact that windows don't open was evident as there is not a 'fresh' smell, but one of enclosed areas. The room was very comfortable and we appreciate the suite concept very much. Recommend pulling up wall to wall rugs - terrible germ carrier and smells stay. But the effort to make the room feel updated is greatly appreciated. Hope this feedback is valuable to your organization.

Great location,big rooms and free Happy Hour!

Good size rooms with separate sitting room,dining table, microwave and fridge,great location.Easy to find and good parking. Front desk did not give us any information about the Happy hour or Breakfast I found out by overhearing another guest being told about it. The jacuzzi my friends were looking forward to was cold unfortunately which was disappointing. Overall good price for a comfortable stay at a great location.

We stayed here 1/28-1/30 then again 1/31-2/2. Previously I stayed here in 2019 and wonderful experience but seem like the last couple years the hotel remodeled the breakfast area very beautiful place. But the breakfast was horrible everything was bland, bacon wasn’t crispy, and cold. Housekeeper came into my room without permission we put the sign outside but still came in we notified the front desk about this and they didn’t do anything about it. Beds are comfortable. When you get onto your floor, the hallways are very dark I’m not sure if they’re trying to reduce costs, but it was very dark and couldn’t see the room numbers. I wouldn’t stay here again it has changed a lot since 2019.

Great place to stay, great price, great breakfast, I would say the front desk staff is not that friendly it’s like none of them could smile or they hated their job. Besides that I would recommend for sure. Maybe smile more is all and bigger parking spaces
