The hotel was new and very nice. I booked several rooms for employees over a month's period. One thing I thought was highly inappropriate was the fact that one of my employees who is African American was asked to show an ID when he was coming/going to his room. And why was he the only one! REALLY! Imagine how that made him feel! Put a room key reader on the elevator and have everyone go through the security check! Not just the ones that are African American!! I understand the security but I do not understand the profiling!

Experience was great very nice hotel & comfortable.. lots of space.. Should be more breakfast items for guest.. Also no microwave in room- refrigerator was clean & new but made lots of noise whc keeps you up.while sleeping...hv to unplug while resting.to.not here the loud noise. Services from.staff was great. Will be checking in again while in Savannah.

Look pretty in pictures but terrible in person. Could hear my neighbors phone calls and tvs all night. Incredibly poor construction Cheapest bed and pillows like sleeping on lumpy rocks. States restaurant and bar but only yogurt available. No drinks except water FOUNTAIN. Staff was polite but place is a definitive no.

The wifi was terrible. Dropping off every 5 mins. Turned out the hotel is using a hotspot for customer wifi. Very very slow and unreliable when you stay at the top floor. The phone didn't work. Called to change the room to a lowe level for better wifi reception. Front desk had a very lazy attitude at first. Said nothing she could do. Has to insist talking to her manager to get the room changed. All interactions with different desk people made me feel they don't want to work there or dealing with any customers as if they are forced to show up to work. They showed No smile, no greetings, no expressions or eye contact when talking to them. Very rude.

This is a wonderful property. My wife and I had a great stay. On the description they mention that there was a bar but there was no bar in the property. We had to go downtown. The hotel is close enough to downtown about 8 mins depending on traffic. Really amazing property with great staff.

Brand new hotel. Very clean. Pet fee not prominently disclosed on Expedia. I got hit for an extra $75 for a $90 hotel room which is nearly double. They also authorized $100 for incidentals I’m still waiting to go back on my card. So, expect to shell out an extra $150 for a $90 hotel room you thought you already paid for.
