Hotel was lovely The reception staff were excellent The room was spotlessly cleanabd comfortably My husband paid the extra €15 to have breakfast. He asked for a 2nd egg and sausage to be told no to the sausage. On that basis it took the shine of our whole experience which had been grast up to that poin. €15 for 1 egg 1 sausage and 1 hash brown on my opinion is extortionate

Everything was great about the room, the property, and the assistance of the staff. The breakfast buffet was copious and had a lot of variety, but frankly the cooked items were of subpar quality. The bacon rashers looked and tasted as if they were steamed, and the pancakes were dry and hard and obviously had been sitting in the warming tray for a LONG time. We got there at 8:30 AM and it was not crowded. Would stay here again, but would not pay 17 (15 if you purchase in advance) euros for that buffet. Bleah.

The hotel is great unfortunately though the distance to downtown Galway we had to take a cab all the time. It shows a 10 minute walk but really it’s more like a half an hour and I wouldn’t want to lock it at night the hotel itself is great though and the staff are very friendly

Very helpful staff, lovely bistro and restaurant with very good menu, spacious room, clean, quiet. The room could be quite cold due to the chilly breeze from the air conditioning. I tried to manage this by fiddling with the thermostat but was not entirely successful. Should have notified the staff, who would have taken care of the problem.

The layout is easy to get around and the restaurant/bar has a special section for residents, which is nice when the restaurant is full. Highly recommend!

We very much enjoyed our stay here. With being novice drivers we appreciated the location and just used the inexpensive taxi service in and out of the pubs/shopping area. The staff were professional and friendly and our dinner and breakfast dining experiences were good. Would definitely stay here again.
