Nice hotel
Nice hotel, we had a bottle of Prosecco waiting in our room but it was warm and there was no fridge or ice. The spa was good, but the salt room wasn’t working. The massage was lovely. The air con in our room wasn’t working also.

Cannot beat this location. In the center of everything! Beautiful view of the river from our room. It smelled amazing in the lobby. Friendly staff, clean rooms, delicious breakfast. Our only complaint is that the beds and pillows were not comfortable - too hard, and the sheets are not soft, there was no top sheet just a very rough, overly starched duvet. Everything else was perfect but for the room price I expect a comfy, soft sleeping experience.

Our room was dirty. Kettle still had water from previous guest, no Kleenex. When we attempted to call front desk no one answered, had to call from outside line. Very frustrating experience

Traffic around Galway is extremely busy, leave time for it. Parking onsite is small and tight but right next door. Rooms bright and newly renovated.

Loved the location. After the first night we never visited the hotel bar. Service was awful. Also on two nights, upon returning to the hotel we had to wait till someone came to front entrance to let us in. I believe if there was a security issue they should have had a guard at the door. It was only 10PM
