Great location. Good place for a few nights.

Great location! It was great to be 2 minutes from train station. Our quad room was large and well-appointed. Water was very hot, and bathroom was updated. The staff was excellent. Special shout out to Dylan and Rita: it was great to see their smiling faces for breakfast each morning. The pub was a nice place to spend downtime. The wifi was a bit wonky at times, but since we weren't there on a business trip, it didn't matter much.

Excellent location, right on the square/park in Galway - very walkable to tons of pubs and shopping. Rooms were clean and modern, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Only downside was that our room was on the 1st floor (reception on the ground floor was “level 0”), and with no A/C we needed to keep our window open. Both nights we were woken up by loud drunk people leaving the bars at 2:30am, then by what we assume were delivery trucks making a LOT of noise at 5am/6am. Otherwise it was a lovely stay - if you can request a room that’s *not* at the front of the hotel (on any floor), I would advise it!

Hot and muggy. No air. Can’t open the windows. Noisy outside until 3am. Tv doesn’t work properly. Servers were down. Breakfast was cold. Staff was friendly though. But the building itself is below par.

Such drab hotel… gray rooms, walls, curtains, windows face ugly roofs. No decor at all, not even laggage racks. Small TV. No counter space in the bathroom. No outlet for hairdryer near any mirror (no outlet in the bathroom where the mirror is, no mirror in the room where outlet is- really?). Worst of all no AC. We were on the top floor, the building was so overheated, even with window open, room didn’t cool down at night at all. Staff brought 2 fans in the room, barely moving air in the room a bit. Parking not that close in the nearby mall validated by the hotel for discounted rate. Overall terrible. Location just ok

This is a great location to stay if you're coming into Dublin from the train. I was exhausted from my travels, and getting off of the train and walking across the street to this lovely hotel was such a God send.

Staff were super helpful and the bar downstairs was a convenient touch. No AC which meant we had to keep the windows open, which was loud in the morning with the Seagulls and the construction across the street. Beds were super comfy and great fluffy pillows.

This is my 2nd time in Galway and second time staying at this hotel. I love the location as it is within walking distance to all sorts of pubs and restaurants. Parking is just down the street near the train station and inexpensive. The hotel is a very nice property and the service from the staff was fantastic. I would not hesitate to stay here again if revisiting Galway.

We loved being near music, shops, restaurants and the lovely town park -- Eyre Square. Galway was a very walkable town. We walked to the ferry to Inishmore Island, easily caught a tour bus to Connemara, and walked all through town very easily. We were on the street side so could hear the music and people until about 11 PM but that was part of the fun. Great staff who helped us figure out our itinerary!!

Nicely comfortable hotel in an excellent location — right around the corner from the train station without being noisy, and very convenient to Galway’s sights, including the Aran Island ferry. The attached restaurant is reliably decent.

The staff were very kind and helpful. We arrived at 8 am after an overnight flight expecting to drop our bags off and check in at 3 pm, but the staff were able to find us a room right away. The hotel is in an ideal location, right in the heart of Galway. Everything is within walking distance and the train station is next door. You can't pick a better spot to stay!
