Great Location
Stayed one night before traveling to Galway. Bus service was nearby making it very convenient. Shower could have been better cleaned and television did not work. They offered to change our room but we chose to stay put for the one night

This hotel is in the heart of Galway and everything is a 10 minute walk or under. The room was a bit dated but the rest of the facilities were great. We spent most nights in the bar having a nightcap.

Nice place to stay when in Galway
Very nice hotel situated in a great location, just off of the Square. Exceptionally friendly staff and pleasant, comfortable rooms.

Hotel was in a covenient location with everything within walking distance. However the rooms are extremely noisy, no sound proofing at all. Revelers every night at 2 am made for poor sleeping.

Staff were wonderful! The bar/restaurant was lovely. The room had a comfortable bed but only one outlet. Very basic. I left my purse and it was safely saved at the reception desk for me.

Such a shock after staying in so many nice hotels around the country. They gave us a new room when we complained. The carpet was so old and marked. The headboard was vinyl and had tons of marks in it. Just ugly and so noisy. They changed our room, we paid for a king, they only had a Queen. We had to take it as I couldn’t have slept in the other room. The second room was very tiny. The bed was comfortable as well as the pillows. The breakfast was horrid. Didn’t even bother the second day even though it was included. Bread was dry, just white toast, over cooked eggs. You get it. Never again for me.

This property was really close to the rail station, and easy walking distance to old town/shopping. There is no air conditioning -so there is a need to keep the window open. Our room faced the street, but the music/noise from the bars did not quiet down till 2:00 am. Staff was great, proximity to old town was great.

Hotel is in a great location. Its a little worn. Included breakfast ok but not special. Room small and view of some back alley garbage. But staff was pleasant and as mentioned, great location to visit Galway.
