Quick stay in Galveston.
Small room. No couch or loveseat. No closet. Front desk not real friendly. We spent $200.00 a night in January. We also had to pay $10.00 dollars to park in the hotel parking lot. That’s ridiculous. We waited 15 minutes for an elevator to go down and we were on the 2nd floor . Not real impressed with this Hotel. 👎

Loved evening about the property. We enjoyed our stay with our dog. Some of the other guests unfortunately on our last evening ruined the pet party by not cleaning up after their pets... large piles of poop. Hate that guests were not cleaning after themselves. Had to avoid areas due to that. But the hotel was notnto blame! Will stay here again.

We only stayed one night but it’s directly on the seawall and easy to navigate to and from. Convenient as could be with no issues. What more can you ask for.

New but with issues!.
Reservation confirmation indicated room with a view. I would not call a wall and neighbor on his balcony a view!! They claimed none available BUT there were empty rooms in our hallway with ocean view! Patrons with animals SHOULD NEVER be put on the same floor with patrons with no animals. Homeless folks came in often to get coffee and free breakfast while the rest of us paid!

Lack of water pressure in shower and water temp was not very hot . Did have a view or ocean and breakfast was free with a variety or choices . Loved the fruit water that was provided on weekend days to quests. Had a nice bar on premises. Great location wished the bed was more comfortable.
