We didn’t realize that you guys didn’t do all the extras after school starts. We were disappointed that the fire pit and s’mores along with all the other fun activities were not there. That is the only reason we book with Moody. Moody is out of the way and not convenient, but we always overlooked it because of the extras. It’s much easier and a better location for the Hilton Resort.

Front desk staff extremely rude. Gave me wrong key to go back and get my phone charger. Was very rude about needing to go back to room. Beds hard as a rock. Doors has rusty hardware. Elevators had foul smell. Pool area was nice. Linens were clean. Only one restaurant on property was open and service there was ridiculously slow, especially since we were the ONLY customers in the place. Overall rating, done waste your money. Stay somewhere less expensive and get what you pay for. Extremely disappointed. Feel like money wasted.

This property decor is dated. The room could use an upgrade on the coffee maker. We had a Hamilton brand commercial coffee maker that didn't even work . The room had no microwave and we kept getting bugs in the bathroom. It was a spider and a fly. The indoor and outdoor pools are great but we didn't get a chance to use them.

The bathroom mirror was cracked and worn. At 2am we noticed that our 12 year old daughter was sleeping in what looked like dirty sheets with what looked like semen stains on the sheets in multiple places including the pillow. We put down towels and she laid on those. We noticed in the morning it was also on the pillows. I don’t believe they were just “stained” as the staff implied upon check out. I brought up the concern and they said that they’re just stained and credited me $35. The neighbors next door were extremely loud until said 2am, and kept yelling “J-loooooooLO” and cackling, clearly very drunk. Having said that, the pool was the highlight of the night, although very warm, in the 80’s)

We enjoyed a great end of summer trip. We really felt the full resort experience. Service was great and food options were great. Beds are on the hard side, but we were otherwise comfortable.
