It was close to everything we wanted to do. The hot tub was cold at first and we told them and we were able to enjoy it that evening. The breakfast was good lots of choices.

The property was relatively clean but the shower in our room had not been cleaned well and had long strands of hair on the walls. Customer service was terrible. The staff were not readily available when checking in or out and seemed inconvenienced by the basic responsibilities of their position. Wifi passwords were provided at check-in but were not needed as a secure connection was not provided. Breakfast options were reduced by half on the second morning of our stay,

It was a very clean establishment. Only one thing I did not like was the noise. A lot of loud restless people but that isn’t on the hotel. That is on the booked people having no etiquette.

I've stayed at this hotel a few times. Normally I love my stay. This time I was very disappointed. At check-in, we were not greeted. The guy was talking low and not friendly. The room was half cleaned, hair in the floor of the bathroom, majority of the towels had long strands of blonde and brown hair in them. The mattress needs to be changed. It was old and uncomfortable. The left side of the bed sounded like springs were broken. The sofa was dirty as well. People were noisy above us and in the hall. Check-out was better than check-in.
