Day and night it seemed like they were working on the floor above us, there was heavy stomping. I'm glad I wasn't there a lot. The lobby is humid I broke a sweat getting ice on my floor. I did have the TV on which you could bearly hear on blast and there Bluetooth speaker dint work. The staff WAS REAL NICE, BUT THE NIGHT GUY HAD AN ATTITUDE LIKE IF WE GOT THE ROOM FOR FREE OR SOMETHING.

Very nice hotel & property. Staff was very friendly. Room was nice & clean, however the shades did not go all the way down so in the morning the light came in. Anytime you sat, turned, laid on the bed it made a loud awful noise. Each time the tv was off it was difficult to get a picture on it.

The room has a few quirks: one of the bedside lamps was missing a lampshade and the other did not work, there was a chaise underneath a low-hanging lamp, and the entire hotel smelled of cleaning chemicals from the moment the door to the lobby opened. That was concerning because we try to keep chemicals out of our lungs. It was clean and tidy, the lobby was large with plenty of seating for breakfast, and the staff checked us in with no issues. The pool was large enough for several people but we opted to walk to the end of the street and play in the ocean instead. Very easy access to beautiful beaches!

This is a decent hotel to stay at if you here overnight for a cruise departure. The hotel is CLOSE to the beach. This means the area is subject to A LOT of moisture, humidity, and water/flooding. The staff is good, the rooms are comfortable, but there will be some smells and sand about because of this location. Keep this in mind before leaving a poor review. Overall, this is a nice hotel for a single stay and I would stay here again when cruising. The price is affordable and close to the beach

The only complaint I have is that our ceiling was leaking when we woke up the next morning. Luckily our clothes that were in the couch didn’t get wet. When we spoke to the front desk clerk that morning he seem to not care and stated that the room we were in always leak. Why would you put someone in a room knowing that the ceiling leaks?!

The staff was WONDERFUL...and our ADA room was very large and accommodating - however-our room smelled very musty. The toilet did not operate correctly from the time we arrived on Thursday evening to the time we left Saturday morning. Initially - it wouldn't flush and then after maintenance came on Friday afternoon - the flushing worked but the tank continued to run through out the night. The breakfast was your typical fare. Not great-but something to eat. Unfortunately, we won't be returning. The location is great!
