The front desk was helpful when we got there, the rooms smells so bad, the bathroom doors wont close, the bathroom vent doesn't work, the front door doesn't shut. I mean come on, then the morning gentleman was like ok, but no action. It was really bad.!

Great location for 61st Pier
Night auditor was nice and explained everything well. Room had bed smell as soon as you enter. Once air was on got rid of most of the smell. The breakfast was ok. Our room was on the 4th floor and ice machine was broken.

The front desk guy was completely unprofessional. He even cussed at me and called me a name. He also didn’t want to do anything about the horrible throw up stain in our room and on the side of our bed. Wouldn’t give us his name either and wasn’t wearing a name tag.

STAY AWAY. Walked in to an overpowering smell of mold..went up to the room thinking maybe it was just the lobby..nope, room was even worse. Told the front desk, they explained it as being "near the ocean"..I have stayed in many beach towns all over the world, that is complete nonsense..they did ask immediately if I wanted to cancel, I bet they hear the same comment every day. Probably a health risk. Casa del Mar is right next door, clean and cute and smelled lovely lol and thank god they had a vacancy, problem solved in half an hour!

Walk in and no one was at the desk or around the reception area. Had to wait over an hour for room to be ready. Receptionist, which I believe was the owner was not personable and had no greeting for us or anyone else that tried to check-in. Barely had any hot water. Sheets smelled sour.
