This was the first hotel stay for a 50th anniversary cruise for my in-laws. Location was awesome, staff very friendly, breakfast was good. Would definitely stay again.

This hotel is great stop before a cruise. It's clean and close to port. Not far from the beach and other tourist spots. Good selection at breakfast.

Our week long stay was amazing! The staff are all super friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The garage was easy to navigate. And the extra security measure of only being able to get into the hotel through the garage if you had a room key was a comfort I didn’t realize I was missing! This will definitely be where we stay when we come back!

Get into town at 9pm. Go to the hotel and lady says reservations were canceled,,,, stated they tried to run cc early in the day and didn't go thru ( card was hacked and replaced ) so it was canceled ....... so had to find different place to stay. Very disappointed and sending email to corporate

Mrs. Keisha was very helpful and nice. She made sure that I had an easy check in/out. This will always be the place where I'll stay when I visit Galveston. Really enjoyed it!

At check-in they were busy with a line of people trying to check in and they had one person teaching another how to process the guests which slowed the que. I was told the hotel was relatively new but showed signs of wear. Food was disappointing.

Housekeepers and/or maintenance should ensure that ac and tv remote is properly working when cleaning room. Having to pack up and move to another room at night due to things not working doesnt make stay enjoyable and is disturbing. Hotel manager never contacted us as promised by Receptionist.

We only stayed one night. Overall it was ok. The entrance was a one way only so it was a little confusing coming in. Most areas of the property need attention. For instance wipe down of windows, water damage to walls, update on linens.
